What is your return policy?

All body jewelry and organics comes with a seal on the bag. Once that seal has been broken you cannot return your jewelry. Understand, this is for safety issues related to certain hazards involved the nature of worn jewelry.

Please inspect your jewelry before unsealing the package to make sure the contents are exactly what you ordered. If you are unsatisfied with your order, the order is incorrect, or there is a defect of some sort please do not break the seal. Contact us for an RMA.

What is your warranty policy?

We stand behind our jewelry against manufacturing defects and other special circumstances. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear or obviously mishandled jewelry. Please message us on our Help and Support page if you would like to start a warranty claim.

Do I have to register to make a purchase?

You do not have to register to purchase items. You may check out as a guest. However, registering does have benefits such as:

  • Store your order information for quicker check out
  • Easily look up tracking information for your orders
  • Maintain a wish list
  • Receive special offers just for our registered customers

How do I care for my jewelry?

Please check the About Our Jewelry section to find specific care instructions for your type of jewelry.

What payments do we accept?

Everything Shopify accepts. Currently Paypal is the only thing we do not accept. Check back for future updates.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We are working to add more shipping choices. We use Priority Flat rate shipping through the United States Postal Service. Orders $99 and over receive free shipping.

We normally ship orders within 1-2 days of receiving orders on normal business days. Priority mail takes 1-3 days depending on how far you are from our locations near Denver, Colorado.

Do I receive tracking information and notifications for my order?

Yes, you should receive automatic notifications that your order was received to your email address. Tracking information will be sent to your email once a label has been made.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. Shipping occurs as soon as a label is made for your order. Please contact us on our Help and Support page if you wish to change or cancel an order.

How do I insert my jewelry?

Please refer our Jewelry Insertion Guide for information pertaining to your particular kind of jewelry.

Can you sterilize my jewelry?

Most non-organic body jewelry can be sterilized such as titanium, steel, glass, gold and silicone. For a nominal fee we can sterilize your jewelry. All jewelry has never been worn, and comes clean in fresh packaging. Please add the sterilize service to your cart to receive this service.

How do I know what size and gauge I need?

Figuring out what length, diameter, and gauge can be tricky. Without proper measuring devices its hard to get this correct. if you are unsure, your best bet is a visit to your local professional piercer. However, we may be able to help with a chat and some pictures. Please contact us on our Help and Support page if you need help choosing jewelry. Leave us a phone number and we will call you.

Can I make a special order or request?

Yes! We love to hunt down jewelry or related merchandise not in our catalog. We can also handle special requests such as bending jewelry, anodizing titanium to the color of your choice, or wrapping a gift for you. Keep in mind, once we have fulfilled the special request the jewelry is yours and there is no returns. Most of the time you can just make a note at check out in "Order Notes" to ask for a request. We will contact you back if we need more information.

Are all your jewelry tops and threading compatible with other jewelry I have purchased?

That answer is complicated and deserves a definite maybe. We sell internally threaded and universal threadless jewelry . For most professional body jewelry the internally threaded style and threadless styles are compatible for smaller gauges (18-14). It gets trickier with large gauge threaded jewelry. We do not guarantee fit for similar threading or threadless styles. If you are unsure about which tops to purchase we may be able to help. Are all plugs, tunnels, and ear jewelry sold in pairs?

Unless otherwise stated all ear jewelry, plugs, and tunnels are sold in pairs. We attempt to state this in the description for all jewelry. If you are unclear please contact us on our Help and Support page and we can clear it up for you.

I can’t find my answer here or I need more specific help. What can I do?

We are here to help! If you cannot find an answer online, please feel free to contact us on our Help and Support page with any question. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please do not call our locations in Colorado. The nice people there help with behind the counter sales and are helping local customers. They will probably not know the answer to your question about an online purchase. Please respect this rule and we promise we will make you a happy camper.
